Deposits serve as a reservation for scheduled services. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, please notify us via phone, text, or email. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs. With a minimum 24-hour notice, your deposit can be transferred to another date within a 6-month period. However, please be aware that failure to notify us of a cancellation or a no-show will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. There is a 15 minute late grace period, after this 15 minutes and with no notification, your appointment will be canceled. Any deposit that was paid to secure the appointment will be forfeited and deemed nonrefundable for a cancel due to being late/tardy and/or no show.
